We have updated the ARC Approval process to streamline approvals
for homeowners looking to make modifications or improvements to their properties. These guidelines are designed to ensure that all changes align with community standards and enhance the overall aesthetic
of our neighborhood.

our community's charm while ensuring a smooth approval experience
for your projects.
In our community, maintaining a pleasant and orderly environment is essential, and parking regulations play a crucial role in achieving this. To ensure that all residents can enjoy their homes without disruption, specific guidelines regarding vehicle parking are enforced.
Firstly, vehicles shall not be parked in any front or side yard except in areas designated as a driveway or parking area. Visiting guests may utilize paved streets for temporary parking; however, it is crucial to remember that street parking is intended for short-term use by GUEST ONLY. Special consideration may be granted by the Board for extenuating circumstances. Cars that create a nuisance by blocking roadways and neighbor entryways and are found to be in violation of these rules may be subject to towing at the owner's expense. It's important for residents to familiarize themselves with their community’s parking policies and adhere to them diligently.
If the deceased animal is on a County maintained roadway, please contact County Roads and Bridges Department at 595-5320. County roadways are marked with a Cardinal on the sign.
If the animal is on a State maintained roadway please contact S.C.DOT
at 587-4725.

Annual dues are an essential part of maintaining the operations and services within our community. If you have not yet paid your dues, we kindly remind you to do so at your earliest convenience.
