This is not merely a suggestion; it is a requirement outlined in the Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions (CC&Rs), which serve as a legally binding document detailing the rules and regulations that govern our community.
The CC&Rs include specific property usage restrictions and maintenance obligations designed to uphold the aesthetic and functional standards of our neighborhood. Ignoring these guidelines can lead to serious consequences. If you proceed with a project without obtaining proper approval, you may face fines and could be required to undo any work that has been completed.
To avoid unnecessary complications, we strongly encourage all homeowners to familiarize themselves with these regulations before starting any projects.
