A Friendly Reminder About Trash Bins
Keeping our community clean and attractive is a shared responsibility, and a few small actions make a big difference.
Please remember that all trash can lids should remain fully closed to help prevent litter, odors, pests, and animals from accessing household waste.
In addition, trash and recycling bins should be removed from the curb and stored appropriately after collection day. Promptly returning bins to their designated storage areas helps maintain the appearance of our neighborhood and keeps sidewalks and streets clear.
Animal Reporting
If the deceased animal is on a County maintained roadway, please contact County Roads and Bridges Department at 595-5320. County roadways are marked with a Cardinal on the sign.
If the animal is on a State maintained roadway please contact S.C.DOT
at 587-4725.

This user-friendly platform allows for quick transactions and keeps your payment history organized. Considering Service on the HOA Board?
Serving on the HOA Board is an important opportunity to help guide the future of our community. Board members are responsible for overseeing the Association's finances, maintaining common areas, enforcing governing documents, approving contracts, developing annual budgets, and making decisions that protect property values and the long-term interests of homeowners.
In addition to these fiscal responsibilities, Board members have legal and fiduciary duties that require them to act in good faith, exercise sound judgment, and comply with the Association's governing documents and applicable laws. Candidates seeking election to the Board must be homeowners in good standing with the Association and committed to serving the community in a professional, responsible, and collaborative manner.
A Reminder for Property Owners and Renters
Westgrove Village is home to both homeowners and renters. We recognize that some renters may not be familiar with the HOA's Rules and Regulations. Property owners are encouraged to share HOA information with their tenants and direct them to the community website for governing documents, policies, and updates.
Recently, the HOA has received reports regarding several common violations, including:
- Inoperable vehicles stored in driveways
- Installation of fixed structures without prior HOA approval
- Parking on the grass
- Window air conditioning units
- Parking on the service road
- Dogs off leash in common areas
These matters have been addressed and will continue to be monitored to help maintain the safety, appearance, and property values of our community. Residents are reminded that continued violations may result in enforcement action and fines in accordance with the Association's governing documents.
